Refund Policy

At Inkfinity (Pty) Ltd, a trusted name in printing solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Before opening the packaging, please ensure that the ink or toner cartridge you received is correct. We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee or reject any return made in error. Additionally, we may send cartridges for testing before processing exchanges. Faulty or damaged cartridges returned after 7 days may be subject to rejection.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please note that products incorrectly ordered will not be credited or exchanged. Refunds will be processed within 30 days to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at orders@inkfinity.co.za.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at orders@inkfinity.co.za and send your item to: 46 Driedoring Street, Kempton Park, 1619

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at orders@inkfinity.co.za. Inkfinity (Pty) Ltd will cover the shipping costs for returning your item.

Deliveries

Please note that deliveries will not be made on public holidays and weekends. Delivery is contingent upon stock availability at the time, determined by distributors and location.

Delivery estimates begin once payment reflects in our bank account, not from the order time. “Next business day delivery” ensures delivery before 5:00 pm the following business day, upon payment receipt.

Upon delivery, customers must sign a Proof of Delivery. It’s their responsibility to ensure the number of packages matches the delivery note. Any discrepancies or packaging damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery. We cannot be held liable if discrepancies or damages are not noted upon delivery acceptance.
