Do you stock cartridges for my printer brand?
Almost certainly yes. We supply genuine and compatible cartridges for HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Lexmark, Kyocera and most other major brands. Send us your printer make and model on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability and pricing in the same reply.
What is the difference between genuine and compatible cartridges?
Genuine cartridges are made by the printer brand itself (HP for HP printers, for example). Compatible cartridges are third-party alternatives built to the same specifications, page-yield tested, and usually 30 to 60% cheaper. We stock both and will recommend the best fit for your usage and budget.
How long does delivery take across South Africa?
Same-day dispatch in Pretoria for stocked items ordered before 1pm. Next-day delivery to most major centres countrywide, with two to three days for outlying areas. Every order is couriered with tracking, so you know exactly when it will arrive.
What if a cartridge does not work in my printer?
Defective cartridges are replaced free of charge within 30 days, no questions asked. We also accept returns on unopened cartridges within 14 days for a full refund. Quality matters to us, so on the rare occasion something is off, we make it right.
Do you offer monthly orders or account billing for offices?
Yes. We work with offices on 30-day account terms with monthly invoicing, and can set up recurring orders so your shelves never run out. Get in touch and we will tailor an arrangement that fits how your office prints.
How do I pay? Do you accept EFT and card?
We accept EFT, credit card, debit card and SnapScan. Cash on collection is fine too. Account customers receive monthly invoices payable via EFT. Whatever works for you, works for us.
